Duties
Perform comprehensive residential cleaning, including dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and surface polishing to ensure spotless living areas
Manage laundry tasks efficiently by washing, drying, folding, ironing, and organizing clothes and linens with attention to detail
Maintain an organized laundry area and cleaning supplies inventory for seamless workflow
Follow specific client instructions to customize cleaning routines according to individual preferences
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service
Use cleaning tools and eco-friendly products safely and responsibly to promote a healthy environment
Ensure timely completion of all assigned tasks while adhering to safety protocols and quality standards
Experience
Previous experience in residential cleaning or hospitality environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently across multiple tasks
Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in French is a plus for serving diverse clients
Knowledge of proper laundry techniques including folding and ironing for various fabrics
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness
Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude toward customer service
