Responsibilities
Perform thorough cleaning of residential properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
Manage laundry tasks such as washing, folding, and organizing clothing and linens
Prepare and organize spaces efficiently to meet client expectations
Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and maintained properly
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific needs and preferences
Maintain a professional demeanor while providing friendly customer service
Follow safety protocols and adhere to company policies at all times
Experience
Proven experience in residential cleaning is required
Familiarity with cleaning techniques, tools, and products
Ability to manage time effectively to complete assigned tasks within scheduled appointments
Strong organizational skills to prioritize duties efficiently
Experience in hospitality or customer service roles is a plus
Multilingual skills such as English and French are advantageous but not mandatory
Additional skills such as cooking or laundry are considered beneficial but not essential
