Newly created role coordinating House and Land Packages between land developers and the sales team
Full time position working Monday-Friday

About the opportunity
The House and Land Administrator reports to the Business Development Manager and is part of the MOJO Homes Sales team. In this highly rewarding role, your focus will be to coordinate the sale of House and Land packages between land developers and the sales team. More specifically, your responsibilities will include:
Provide administrative support in the sale of House and Land Packages
Build and maintain relationships with land developers to obtain optimal development plots, and secure land for construction of residential housing
Maintain developer database including land registration dates, developer needs and engineering plans
Ensure all House & Land marketing material is accurate and up to date
Keep abreast of competitor's sales strategies while continually researching competitor offerings
Ensure Display Homes are actively promoting House & Land package options, and that House & Land packages are front-of-mind for all Sales Consultants
Attend industry events, conferences, and developer meetings to network with potential clients and stay up to date on market trends and opportunities
Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth and successful sales process for product and display homes
About you
You will share a passion for our purpose and be aligned to our core values; better together, be accountable, people matter and think bigger. In addition, you will:
Proven sales ability including negotiation skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience within the industry
Demonstrate an innovative approach to solving problems
Demonstrate the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders of all levels
