Job Description
Job Summary:
A-1 Hospitality Group is seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Shuttle Van Driver to join our team in Seattle, Washington. As a Shuttle Van Driver, you will be responsible for transporting guests and employees between various locations within our hospitality group, while providing excellent service and maintaining a safe and comfortable environment. This is a Full Time, hourly position within our fast-paced and dynamic organization.
Compensation & Benefits:
This position offers a competitive hourly wage of $20.17 per hour, paid biweekly. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.
Responsibilities:
Safely operate a shuttle bus to transport guests and employees between designated locations within the hospitality group
Greet guests and assist with loading and unloading luggage and other belongings
Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, providing information, and addressing any concerns or complaints
Adhere to all traffic laws and follow designated routes to ensure timely and efficient transportation
Keep the shuttle bus clean and presentable at all times, both inside and out
Perform routine inspections and maintenance checks of the shuttle bus, reporting any issues or necessary repairs to management
Maintain accurate records of pick-up and drop-off times, as well as mileage and fuel usage
Follow emergency protocols and procedures in the event of an accident or other unforeseen circumstances
Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure seamless operation of the shuttle service
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Previous experience as a shuttle bus driver or in a related customer service field preferred
Knowledge of Seattle and surrounding areas
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
