Key Responsibilities
• Pricing Management: Implement timely pricing updates based on market conditions, competition, and internal strategies.
• OTA Optimization: Manage extranet/portals with online travel agencies (OTAs) and optimize our presence on various platforms to drive bookings.
• Rate Monitoring: Monitor and record hotel rates to remain competitive.
• Rate Plan Configuration: Configure and manage rate plans in property management systems (PMS) and revenue management systems (RMS).
Required Skills and Qualifications
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with numbers.
• Hunger for growth and a proactive approach to making a significant impact.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, including breaking down complex issues and implementing effective solutions.
• Able to work with dynamic teams of Revenue/Sales Managers, Revenue/Sales Associates etc.
