Hotel & Restaurant cashier

We are hiring an experienced and reliable Restaurant Cashier and hotel front desk receptionist for a reputed restaurant in Chanakyapuri, Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the billing counter, handling customer transactions, maintaining records, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
• Handle cash, credit/debit card, and UPI payments accurately
• Issue receipts and manage billing software/POS system
• Maintain daily cash and sales reports
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve billing issues
• Coordinate with kitchen and serving staff for smooth operations
• Ensure the cleanliness and organisation of the cashier’s counter
• Maintain a stock of cash and coins for change

Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a cashier (preferably in a restaurant or Hotel)
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with billing/ software
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Trustworthy, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Ability to work in flexible shifts, including weekends

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,123.58 - ₹20,000.00 per month
