Hotel Reservation Sales

Role & Responsibilities: Roles and Responsibilities
• Online booking reservation of Resort and Villas
• Attending customer, Corporate & Travel agent queries through emails and phone calls.
• Processing payments and sending confirmation details to customers.
• Coordinating with resort staff for smooth operations
• Up-selling, when appropriate, by informing customers of additional services or special packages
• Coordinating with OTA's Makemytrip, Booking.com, Airbnb, Marketing promotion team etc.
• Destination knowledge:- Himachal, Goa, Kerala, Andaman, Kashmir, Uttarakhand, and Rajasthan will be an advantage
• Making DSR at the end of the day
• Open for Travel to our properties for product knowledge

Desired Candidate Profile
• Graduate / PGDM / Similar
• Interpersonal & Client relationship
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
• Knowledge of local market trends and customer preferences in the hospitality industry
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Should be passionate about Hotel/Resort Sales
• Flexible working hours.
