Job Description
Job Summary: The Domain Hotel is seeking a highly motivated Hotel Receptionist to join our team in Sunnyvale, CA. As the first point of contact for guests, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for all visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
Registration and check-in/check-out procedures
Guest inquiries and issue resolution
Efficient handling of room reservations and key management
Maintenance of accurate records and reports
Compensation: Hourly wage range from $16.00 to $21.52. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, short-term/long-term disability income, term life and AD&D insurance, paid time off, employee assistance program, and 401k retirement plan.
