Develop and implement data analysis strategies to measure and improve hotel performance, including revenue, occupancy, guest satisfaction, and loyalty.
Conduct regular audits and reviews of hotel data to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations for operational and marketing strategies.
Collaborate with hotel management teams to understand their goals and objectives and provide data-driven insights to support decision-making.
Utilize various analytics tools and techniques to track and report on key performance metrics, and identify trends and patterns in guest behavior and preferences.
Create and maintain comprehensive performance dashboards and reports for hotel management and corporate stakeholders.
Lead and train hotel teams in the use of data analysis tools and techniques to support their day-to-day operations and decision-making.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in hotel performance analytics and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including revenue management, marketing, and operations, to align on goals and strategies and ensure data consistency.
Maintain data integrity and accuracy by performing regular data validation and reconciliation.
Effectively communicate data insights and findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Identify and troubleshoot data issues and provide solutions to improve data quality and reporting accuracy.
Collaborate with IT teams to develop and implement new data management and analysis tools and systems.
Oversee the collection and organization of hotel performance data, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations.
Participate in budget planning and forecasting by providing data analysis and insights.
Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of data analysis strategies and make recommendations for improvements.
