Analyze hotel performance data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
Develop and implement data-driven strategies to improve key performance indicators such as occupancy rates, revenue, and guest satisfaction.
Collaborate with various departments, including sales, marketing, and operations, to gather data and insights for analysis.
Communicate findings and recommendations to senior management and other relevant stakeholders.
Monitor and track the impact of implemented strategies on hotel performance and make adjustments as needed.
Utilize various data analysis tools and techniques to extract meaningful insights and present them in a clear and concise manner.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in hotel performance analytics to continuously improve and innovate processes.
Train and mentor junior team members on data analysis techniques and tools.
Develop and maintain performance dashboards and reports to track and report on key metrics.
Collaborate with external partners and vendors to gather and analyze market data to inform performance strategies.
