We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our hotel, ensuring that all aspects of the business are running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the hotel, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance
• Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and increase revenue
• Monitor and control expenses, ensuring that the hotel operates within budget
• Lead and motivate a team of staff, providing training and development opportunities to enhance their skills and knowledge
• Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to promote the hotel and increase bookings

Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in hospitality management, preferably in a similar role
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel management software
• Knowledge of financial management principles and practices

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
