Hotel Management (Food & Beverage Production) Internship

We are looking for a final year Hotel Management student who wants real hands-on experience in a working cafe and gaming environment. This is an operational role and not a desk internship.

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
• Prepare and assist in menu execution including coffee snacks and light meals
• Support basic cooking and food preparation
• Handle guest hospitality and customer interaction
• Assist in day to day management of cafe and gaming area
• Maintain hygiene cleanliness and presentation standards
• Support billing coordination inventory checks and daily closing tasks
• Handle multitasking during peak hours and events

Working Hours: Shift-based as per cafe operations
