• 3Month Assignment
Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining our facilities and equipment to ensure smooth operations. Responsibilities - Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, HVAC filter changes, and minor repairs - Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, plumbing, and HVAC equipment - Conduct inspections to identify and resolve issues promptly - Fabricate parts as needed for repairs - Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service - Supervise and coordinate contractors when necessary Requirements - Proficient in English to understand manuals and communicate effectively - Strong leadership skills to supervise maintenance tasks - Experience in facilities maintenance including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems - Ability to read schematics and use tools like ohmmeters for troubleshooting - Welding experience is a plus - Excellent customer service skills to interact with staff and vendors

Pay: $22.00 per hour
