Hotel Housekeeping Executive
Job Description
Housekeeping Executive manages daily cleaning, supervises staff, controls supplies/budgets, ensures hygiene standards, handles guest issues, and coordinates with other departments to maintain hotel cleanliness, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency, encompassing leadership, training, inventory, and administrative duties for guest rooms, public areas, and sometimes laundry. Key Responsibilities:
Staff Management: Recruit, train, schedule, evaluate, and motivate housekeeping and laundry teams.
Operations Oversight: Supervise daily cleaning, ensure adherence to hygiene, safety, and brand standards in all areas.
Inventory & Budget: Manage supplies, equipment, linen inventory, and control departmental expenses.
Quality Control: Inspect rooms and public spaces, identify maintenance needs, and ensure high cleanliness levels.
Guest Relations: Address guest complaints and special requests related to housekeeping.
Inter-departmental Coordination: Liaise with Engineering, Front Office, and F&B for seamless operations.
Administration: Maintain records, manage lost & found, and implement SOPs.
