House Keeping Attendant Job Description

We are seeking a diligent Room Attendant to provide exceptional customer service to our hotel guests.

Key Responsibilities:
• Replenish bathroom amenities (e.g. soap and shampoo)
• Restock beverages and food items in the mini-bar
• Clean public areas, such as corridors
• Notify management of any technical issues or maintenance needs
• Address guest inquiries regarding additional services
• Assist guests in retrieving lost items
• Ensure all assigned rooms are clean and tidy by the end of the shift

Skills and Qualifications:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
• Basic knowledge of cleaning products and procedures
• Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods
