You have a minimum of two years of customer service experience, ideally at least one year in hospitality/hotels or resort
You are proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
You have a high school diploma or equivalency degree
You are available to work varying schedules; including evenings, weekends and holidays

Responsibilities
Give our guests a warm welcome upon arrival
Check guests in by verifying all names of party on reservation and issue room keys
Provide guests with information on hotels policies, services and amenities
Coordinate with our housekeeping team to ensure room availability
Direct guests to proper resort staff members for escort, transportation, and concierge services
Listen and respond to guest complaints in a gracious and appropriate manner
Review the final bill with the guest, post charges and make any necessary correction to the account
Answer, record and process guest requests, including requests for special occasion assistance such as birthdays, anniversaries, etc
