About the Role
Being one of the first impressions our guests have of the Imagine brand, we are looking for team members who take pride in providing guests with high quality service throughout their entire stay.
We are looking for staff to be the ‘face’ of our company and ensure guests receive a heartwarming welcome and Hotel experience. You will help coordinate all front desk activities, including calls, reservations and general guest services.
As an experienced Hotel professional, you should combine a confident manner with a dynamic professional attitude. Our ideal candidate has a solid customer service approach and experience in managing the daily activities of a busy building.

Check in / Check out
Guest enquiries
Reservations
Banking/Cashiering
Maintaining guest records
Liaising with other departments as to guest requests
and much more as your skills progress
What you will bring to the role:

Professional telephone manner
