Training Manager

The Training Manager will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing learning programs that enhance employee performance across both corporate and operational teams within the hospitality business.
Key Responsibilities:
• Training Strategy Content Development:
• Develop and implement annual training plans aligned with business goals.
• Design learning modules for different levels - frontline to leadership - covering technical, behavioral, and compliance topics.
• Customize content for FB, Housekeeping, Front Office, Customer Service, Sales, and Support functions.
• Training Delivery:
• Conduct engaging in-person and virtual training sessions at both corporate offices and hotel units.
• Drive operational training including SOP adherence, service excellence, hygiene standards, safety protocols, and soft skills.
• Support induction, onboarding, and leadership development programs.
• Evaluation Reporting:
• Measure training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance KPIs.
• Analyze learning outcomes and recommend continuous improvements.
• Maintain training MIS, attendance records, and learning dashboards.
• Stakeholder Management:
• Work closely with business heads, property managers, and functional leaders to identify training needs and deliver solutions.
• Act as a training advisor during new hotel openings, audits, or service revamps.
• Travel Field Engagement:
• Travel across locations (up to 40%) to ensure on-ground training execution, quality checks, and coaching support.
• Conduct Train-the-Trainer (TTT) workshops to build internal training capability at unit level.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Hospitality Management, HR, or related field.
• Certification in Training/Instructional Design preferred.
• 4-7 years of experience in LD within the hospitality or service industry.
• Strong facilitation, communication, and content development skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively across India.
Preferred Skills:
• Knowledge of modern learning tools, LMS platforms, and blended learning models.
• Ability to influence and build rapport with cross-functional teams.
• High energy, adaptability, and cultural sensitivity.
