The Royal Horseguards is a stunning 5 star hotel overlooking the River Thames, close to The Embankment and Trafalgar Square. The hotel has 282 bedrooms, restaurant, bar and terrace area as well as exceptional banqueting facilities at one of London's most prestigious conference and banqueting venues, One Whitehall Place.

The Role

Are you a manager who uses your innovation and flair to achieve market leading results? Are you currently looking for a new challenge as a GM? Can you take responsibility for the Hotel delivering the company's brand, product and service standards, achieving profitability and an outstanding guest experience?

As General Manager you will have full responsibility for all aspects of running the hotel both operationally and commercially. You will be highly visible to the guests and the team and take the lead in driving our service culture. People are our focus, and working with teams to develop their their potential will be one of your passions. You will actively participate in promoting the hotel through potential and current business sources and through liaison with the company sales and revenue teams, working to optimise profit potential for the property while constantly protecting standards and brand image.
