Regenta Central Mewargarh is a 53 room hotel located near Sajjangarh Fort, Udaipur. It has a 6000 sq feet rooftop, banqueting capacity of over 150 pax, a pool and a restaurant in the property.

Profile Required - Someone who is strong in customer service parameters and is revenue focused. A candidate who has experience in offline sales is preferred in this market.

A candidate who has worked in Sales and operations departments.(preferred)

or

A candidate who has worked in an upscale chain property in Front Office/ Fnb department and has headed their respective departments for at least 3 years.

Budget - 11 to 14 lacs per annum depending on the experience.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Hotel General Manager at Regenta Central Mewargarh in Udaipur. As a Hotel General Manager you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of hotel operations, including guest services, staff management, budgeting, and marketing. You will ensure that the hotel provides exceptional customer service and maintains high standards of cleanliness and comfort for guests. Additionally, you will collaborate with various departments to achieve business objectives and uphold the hotel's reputation.

Qualifications
• Prior experience as a Hotel General Manager or in a similar management role in the hospitality industry
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate a diverse team
• Proven track record in delivering exceptional guest experiences
• Sound knowledge of hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance
• Proficiency in financial management and budgeting
• Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and handle multiple priorities
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field (preferred)
