Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Duties

Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently, including handling reservations and payments.
Respond to guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities.
Handle guest complaints or issues promptly and effectively, ensuring guest satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions using hotel management software.
Assist with phone inquiries, bookings, and other administrative tasks as needed.
Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are ready for arrivals.
Uphold hotel policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality of guest information.
Skills

Strong background in hospitality or hotel management is preferred.
Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
Proficiency in phone systems and phone etiquette to manage calls effectively.
Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests.
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively at the front desk.
Previous experience in front desk operations or guest services is advantageous.
