Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Hotel Project Manager to oversee our hotel interior fit-out projects.
Type Of Projects: Hotel Interior-Fit outs works, Commercial building construction experience.
Location: As Per Site Requirement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Directing the construction of hotel Interior Fit-Outs/Turnkey Projects.
• Supervising project implementation and execution from start to finish.
• Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Managing project budgets and schedules, including owners' goals and objectives, site improvements, contractor selection and management.
• Coordinating with site management to ensure smooth project execution.
• Developing and implementing strategies to minimize project costs and ensure timely payments to vendors.
