We are seeking a dedicated and experienced detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in various settings, including hotels, offices, residential buildings, new build, bars, restaurants etc. This position requires a commitment to providing exceptional service and ensuring that all areas are kept in pristine condition.
Duties
Dust, mop, sweep, and vacuum floors to ensure cleanliness.
Clean and sanitise bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, and showers.
Change bed linens and towels as required, ensuring a high standard of presentation.
Restock supplies such as toiletries and cleaning materials.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
Assist with laundry duties when necessary, including washing, drying, and folding linens.
Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to guest requests or concerns regarding cleanliness.
Qualifications
Previous experience as a Hotel Cleaner.
Ability to drive and own a drivers license is required.
Previous experience in commercial and Domestic cleaning is essential.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
Good customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks for extended periods and lift light loads when necessary.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills related to the role.
