Job Title: Hostess

Reports To: Restaurant Manager
Experience ; 1-5 years
Job Summary:
We are looking for a friendly and professional Hostess to join our team. The Hostess will be the first point of contact for guests, responsible for greeting, seating, and ensuring an exceptional dining experience. This role requires strong customer service skills, an attention to detail, and the ability to manage reservations and waitlists.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and welcome guests as they arrive with a positive and friendly attitude.
• ****** guests to their assigned tables, ensuring a comfortable seating experience.
• Manage the waitlist and reservations, providing estimated wait times when necessary.
• Ensure that the dining area is tidy, organized, and presentable at all times.
• Answer phone calls, take reservations, and address guest inquiries.
• Provide guests with menus and inform them of daily specials or promotions.
• Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely seating and service.
• Assist in the coordination of large parties or special events.
• Handle guest complaints or concerns in a professional and calm manner.
• Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
Required Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a customer-facing or hospitality role is preferred.
• Friendly and outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
• Basic math skills for managing waitlists and seating arrangements.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
