Our Barangaroo restaurant is located in International Tower One and seeking a Guest Services Supervisor to join and lead the team. As the leader of the Guest Services Department, you will have to opportunity to ensure that each guest has a memorable experience while working alongside the restaurant management team.

Day to day responsibilities:

Attending to guest inquiries and reservations via email, telephone and face to face
Opening and closing procedures
Greeting guests and assisting with guests orders and needs
Processing payments and cash handling
Making, allocating and finalising bookings
Gift card/voucher purchases
Staff training and development
Do you have?:

Previous experience in guest services within a restaurant/hospitality environment
Previous experience with a reservation system such as SevenRooms, Dimmi, Respak or Res Diary is an advantage
A La Carte restaurant experience an advantage
Cash handling and till reconciliation experience
Current RSA certificate
Flexible availability over a 7-day rotating roster including nights and weekends
