About the Role
We are seeking a full-time Hospitality Worker to join our team.
This role is focused on food and beverage service and requires someone who can work efficiently in a busy hospitality environment while maintaining high standards of service and hygiene.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and serve food and beverages, including takeaway meals and coffee
Provide friendly and efficient customer service in a fast-paced environment
Take customer orders and process transactions using POS systems (cash and EFTPOS)
Maintain food safety and hygiene standards in line with industry requirements
Clean and maintain kitchen, service areas, and equipment
Monitor stock levels and assist with restocking supplies
Assist with opening and closing procedures, including basic reconciliation
Work collaboratively with team members to manage peak service periods
Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally
Skills & Experience Required
At least 1 year of relevant experience in hospitality, food service, or a similar role
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Strong customer service and communication skills
Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexibility to work weekends and varying shifts
Employment Details
Position: Full-time, ongoing
Hours: Minimum 38 hours per week
Salary: $77,000 - 80,000 per annum + superannuation
Location: Barmera, South Australia
