Ready to suit up as a Hospital Security Guard ( Temporary Coverage)

As a Security Guard in a Hospital setting , physical ability and ability to De- escalate situation is essential as you will be moving around your entire shift, patrolling and de-escalate situations in a Hospital environment
What's in it for you?
Hourly wage of $18.81+$560 for food+ Free travel and Accomodation
Position: 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off
Week 1: Mon-Fri 0845-1700, Sat 0700-1900
Week 2: Sun 0700-1900, Mon-Fri 0845-1700
We will invest in you, covering the costs of continuing education through GardaWorld Academy

Uniform provided at no cost
Travel and Accomodation to the Rural area will be covered by us
Responsibilities for Hospital Security Guard
Patrol sensitive areas to spot any suspicious activity
Verify identities and control access to secure areas
React quickly to threats or incidents
Responding to code
Check the proper functioning of alarms and cameras
Document incidents and actions taken
Respond to alarms and conduct on-site checks
Collaborate with law enforcement during serious incidents
Qualifications for Hospital Security Guard
Be authorized to work in Canada
Hold a valid Manitoba security license
First aid certification an asset
Ability to stand and walk entire shift
Good verbal and written communication skills
Previous experience in the security industry (asset)
Tactical experience (Asset)
Customer service oriented
Leadership and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a stressful environment
