• Front Desk/Administration Desk
• Reports To: Office Manager/Supervisor
• Managing the front desk, handling OPD, IPD appointments, maintain every record of patient's enquires, billing of both OPD & IPD Patients greet patients, be Welcoming, Administrative support.
• Ideal candidate should be organized, empathetic, & capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Manage appointment scheduling, cancellations, and rescheduling efficiently.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure data confidentiality.
• Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to the appropriate departments.
• Process patient registration, collect necessary documentation, and verify insurance details.
• Assist in billing processes, including collecting payments and issuing receipts.
• Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow and reduce wait times.
• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and faxes.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area to create a welcoming environment.
• Address patient concerns or complaints promptly and escalate unresolved issues to supervisors.
• Candidate must be from Pune.
