Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Hospital Receptionist at ARPAN NEW BORN CARE CENTRE PRIVATE LIMITED in Ahmedabad. The Hospital Receptionist will be responsible for appointment scheduling, maintaining phone etiquette, carrying out receptionist duties, and utilizing medical terminology and knowledge of medical office procedures.
Qualifications
• Appointment Scheduling, Phone Etiquette, and Receptionist Duties
• Knowledge of Medical Terminology and Medical Office procedures
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in a healthcare or medical setting is preferred
• Diploma in Healthcare Administration or related field is a plus
