Job Description:

Zydus Hospital is looking for an experienced and motivated Hospital Pharmacist to join our team in Anand, Gujarat. As a Hospital Pharmacist, you will be responsible for managing the medication processes within the hospital to ensure safe and effective medication management. This role requires proficiency in procurement, staff training, quality control, and maintaining standards in line with JCIA.

Responsibilities:
• Internalizing and adhering to the Standard Operating Procedures (S.O.P.) for medication management.
• Selecting high-quality pharmaceutical products and negotiating rates with suppliers.
• Approving purchase orders and preparing shift rosters for pharmacy staff.
• Recruiting, training, and supervising new pharmacists and interns.
• Leading the pharmacy committee and participating in meetings with Medical Representatives.
• Conducting medicine audits for expiry dates and ensuring proper storage conditions.
• Implementing medication safety training programs for staff.
• Assisting with routine work, including conducting second checks on gate passes.
• Ensuring compliance with JCIA standards during ward rounds.

Requirements:
• D. Pharma or B. Pharma degree.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work on computers and manage medication-related documentation.
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
