Role Description
We are seeking a full-time on-site Hospital Marketing Manager to join our team at Alpha Hospital in Ahmedabad.
The Marketing
Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to enhance the hospital's visibility and engagement in the community.
Key responsibilities include conducting market research, creating promotional campaigns, managing digital marketing efforts, building relationships with key stakeholders, analyzing marketing performance metrics, and organizing events to promote the hospital's services. The role requires collaboration with internal teams to ensure cohesive messaging and alignment with the hospital's mission and values.
Qualifications
• Proficiency in Marketing Strategy, Campaign Management, and Brand Development
• Experience with Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, and SEO
• Strong Communication, Presentation, and Relationship-Building Skills
• Market Research, Data Analysis, and Budget Management abilities
• Creative Problem-Solving and Critical Thinking skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of healthcare marketing and prior experience in a healthcare setting is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
