Role Description
We're seeking a dynamic Senior Manager to lead strategic outreach to both hospitals and pharmaceutical companies. Your mission is to build partnerships, secure episode sponsorships, and position Medical Gurus as a must-have branded content platform for health-focused organizations.
Responsibilities
Pitch and onboard leading hospitals and pharmaceutical brands for participation and sponsorship in Medical Gurus.
Establish and nurture relationships with marketing heads, CSR leaders, medical directors, and brand teams at hospitals and pharma companies.
Strategically position the show as a high-impact marketing, CSR, and brand storytelling opportunity.
Collaborate with internal content teams to tailor episodes to highlight hospital specialties and pharma brand innovations.
Generate co-branded content ideas for awareness campaigns, new product education, or treatment breakthroughs.
Represent the organization at industry events, healthcare conferences, and brand roundtables.
Maintain detailed tracking of outreach efforts, proposals, conversions, and partnerships.
Requirements
7+ years of experience in business development, media sales, or brand partnerships with a focus on healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors.
Well-connected in the hospital and pharma marketing ecosystem with access to key decision-makers.
Prior experience selling advertising, digital campaigns, or purpose-led communication to health-focused clients.
Familiar with regulatory and ethical norms around healthcare and pharma communications.
Strong storytelling and consultative sales skills – able to pitch compelling narratives that drive measurable impact.
Passionate about public health, healthcare awareness, and positive brand impact.
