Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a HoReCa Sales Manager at Rasdhara Agro Industries LLP, located in Latur. The HoReCa Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales within the Hotel, Restaurant, and Café sector. Day-to-day tasks include developing and maintaining client relationships, identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and staying updated on market trends and competitor activities.
Qualifications
• Strong negotiation and sales skills, with experience in the HoReCa industry
• Ability to develop and maintain client relationships
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in agro industries or related fields is a plus
