Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Specialist to join our remote team at The ***** Job. • Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels.
• Provide product/service information to customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
• Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Experience:Previous experience in a customer support role is preferred but not required.
Working Hours:Flexible hours; part-time and full-time positions available. Shifts may include evenings and weekends based on business needs.

• Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
