We are a seeking Senior Home Lending Specialist or Home Lending Executive.

Our Lending Specialist or Executives are renowned experts in lending and thrive on creating long-lasting relationships. They know how to ask the right questions to deliver appropriate lending solutions and build trust, confidence, and advocacy in every interaction. Using industry-leading technology, our team provide customers with a seamless banking experience anywhere, anytime.
Whether a customer is buying their first or second home, investing in a property, refinancing, building, or renovating; you will be there to deliver the right solutions at the right time and trusted to make the experience great for them.
More specifically you will:
Provide support and advice to customers to help them achieve their home buying dreams
Complete discovery and appointments with prospective home buyers to determine suitable lending solutions, and submitting applications
Develop your business by building and maintaining internal and external referral sources
Attend regular coaching sessions to develop your lending knowledge and skills
Be a stickler for detail, ensuring applications are compliant and checks are complete
We’re interested in hearing from people who have:
Minimum 2 years’ experience in residential lending and an existing knowledge of Home Lending products and the current responsible lending legislation
Known record for delivering exceptional customer service and establishing and maintaining relationships
A strong presence in the local community; building a credible personal brand with your customer base and a strong referral network.
The ability to see the big picture for customers and provide them with holistic solutions
