About the Role
This is a highly autonomous role suited to a self-driven professional with a passion for generating their own business. As a fully mobile role, you’ll have the flexibility to meet with members outside of standard business hours and outside of branch locations.
A significant part of this role involves self-sourcing , leveraging your own established networks and referral partners to build a strong pipeline and grow your personal brand within the market.
Key responsibilities include:
Selling mortgage products tailored to customer needs.
Proactively identifying and developing new business opportunities through both internal referrals and external personal networks.
Building and maintaining mutually beneficial relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
Providing exceptional, needs-based customer service.
Consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets through self-sourced leads, referrals, and proactive outreach.
You will bring:
Demonstrated success in a similar lending role.
Strong knowledge of real estate lending practices and compliance requirements.
Proven ability to self-source new business and build a strong client base from your own networks.
Excellent networking and business development skills.
A passion for delivering outstanding home lending solutions.
High attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and a drive to achieve results.
Clear communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
A genuine commitment to member outcomes and relationship building.
Experience in sales management and a broad knowledge of the financial services industry will be highly regarded.
