Job Overview
We are currently seeking a skilled home health nurse to join our team in California. As a travel nurse with Supplemental Health Care, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of patients and provide high-quality care in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care and develop individualized plans to meet patient needs
- Conduct thorough assessments and document patient information accurately
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery
- Utilize electronic charting systems to maintain accurate records
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution
- Current California RN License
- American Heart Association BLS
- Valid U.S. driver's license
- Minimum of 1 year of recent home health nursing experience (private duty does not qualify)
