Swan Valley Co-op is hiring a full time Home Centre Clerk at our Home and Building location in Swan River, MB.

What you’ll do:
Reporting to the Home Centre Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for being a liaison and public relations representative for the Co-op and creating a customer experience that aligns with Swan Valley Co-ops guiding statements. Core duties will include, but are not limited to:
Answer telephone in alignment with guest service standards, assist at the counter (bill payment, memberships) and assisting with customer inquiries.
Assist when needed: filing and sorting of customer invoices on a weekly basis, monthly mailing of customer statements preparation.
Completing daily cash counts.
Data entry as required.
All other duties as assigned.

You have excellent customer service skills, communication skills and the ability to problem solve.
You have experience in various computer programs (Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and the ability to learn new software.
You are organized and have the ability to take direction well.
