Qualifications:
• Prior experience in nursing or home healthcare.
• Valid nursing license.
• Qualification in nursing (GNM/B.Sc. Nursing/ANM).
• Capability to work flexible hours, including 24-hour shifts if required.
• Empathy and patience for dealing with elderly or critically ill patients.
• Strong attention to detail for accurate monitoring and reporting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
