Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided leads database.

Clearly explain and promote the companys services/products to prospects.

Maintain daily call logs and update CRM systems with lead status and follow-ups.

Handle client queries with professionalism and guide them through the enrollment or purchase process.
• *
Work closely with the sales and marketing team to meet monthly targets.
• *
Follow up with interested prospects and convert them into qualified leads or customers.
• *
Maintain a positive and professional tone in all communication.
• Required Skills and Qualifications:
• *
Minimum 12th Pass; Graduation preferred.
• *
Strong verbal communication skills in Tamil and English.
• *
Basic knowledge of MS Office and internet-based applications.
• *
Confidence in handling outbound calls.
• *
Self-motivated and results-driven personality.
• *
Comfortable working independently from home.
• Experience:

0 to 2 years of experience in telemarketing, telesales, or customer service.
• *
Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Day Shift Only – Monday to Saturday

10:00 AM to 5:30 PM

Sunday Fixed Off
