Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Navi Mumbai for the position of HOI/Dean for BCA/MCA Course & School of Psychology at D Y Patil University. The Dean will oversee academic programs, manage faculty, and ensure the quality of education. Day-to-day tasks include curriculum planning, faculty development, student mentoring, and implementing policies to enhance the educational experience. The role requires collaboration with various departments to maintain high standards of academic excellence.
Qualifications
• Strong leadership and management skills to oversee academic programs and faculty
• Experience in curriculum planning and development
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to mentor students and support their academic and personal growth
• Familiarity with educational policies and implementation strategies
• Relevant qualifications such as a Master's or Doctorate in a related field
• Experience working in higher education, preferably in the fields related to BCA, MCA, or Psychology
