Job Title: Head of Department (HOD) - English
• Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the English department and ensure effective implementation of the CBSE curriculum.
- Mentor and support English teachers in lesson planning, pedagogy, and assessments.
- Monitor academic performance and implement strategies for improvement.
- Organize workshops, language activities, and literary events.
- Coordinate with school management on curriculum planning and resource needs.
- Maintain academic records and oversee internal assessments.
• Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in English with B.Ed.
- Minimum 5 years of teaching experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Excellent communication, team management, and organizational skills.
- Strong understanding of CBSE curriculum and evaluation methods.
• Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
