HMI with Graphics Tools

Job Purpose: HMI development of 12.3 inch cluster.

Key Job Responsibilities

Perform requirements Analysis activities

Design and Development of HMI screens using one of the HMI tool like Altia, CGI, GDT

(Visteon internal), Unity

Design and Development of UI logic, using C/C++ programming

Create unit test procedures, integration test procedures and functional test procedures.

Execute unit, integration and functional testing of software builds

Write automation test scripts to verify HMI Screens

Perform software Integration and Build Activities

Voluntarily taking up challenging tasks

Critical experiences required to be ready for this job

HMI tool experience - Altia, CGI, GDT ( Visteon Proprietary ), EB Guide, kanzi, QT

Significant experience in the development of embedded real time systems in

automotive background Driver Information (Clusters) or Infotainment systems

Working level experience with CAN

Working experience on AUTOSAR preferable.

Language - Embedded C, C++

OS/Environment any embedded RTOS QNX is added value

Architecture knowledge in UML, Rhapsody

Working experience on MVC (Model, View, Controller) architecture

HMI Business Logic implementation knowledge

Graphics rendering experience 2D

Usage of Adobe studio

Compiler/Debugger Cross compilers, T32, ARM based debugger

Microcontrollers/Processors Renesas RH850, V850, ARM, Cypress

Methodologies - AGILE, SCRUM

Quality Tools Coverity

Exposure to MISRA standards

Should be able build and work on simulation environments
