We are looking for energetic and confident Telesales Executives to join our growing team. If you have excellent communication skills and enjoy interacting with customers, we'd love to hear from you!
✅ Eligibility:
• Freshers and candidates with 0–2 years of experience can apply.
• Fluency in Tamil, English, and Hindi is mandatory.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Excellent communication and convincing skills.
• Strong customer handling and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to achieve sales targets and work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Contact prospective customers through phone calls and explain our products/services.
• Generate leads and convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
• Follow up with potential customers and maintain regular communication.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and sales activities in the system.
• Work closely with the sales team to achieve monthly targets.
