Hiring Primary Coordinator

Ridge School, Kurnool is seeking a passionate and experienced Primary Coordinator to lead and manage the academic and administrative functioning of the Primary School section. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of primary education practices, child-centered learning methodologies, classroom management, and teacher mentoring.

The role requires ensuring smooth academic delivery, student development, teacher support, and strong parent engagement while maintaining a nurturing and joyful learning environment for young learners.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the academic planning and curriculum implementation for Primary classes
Ensure engaging, activity-based, and child-centric teaching practices
Monitor student learning, discipline, and overall development
Support, mentor, and guide teachers to enhance classroom effectiveness
Conduct classroom observations and provide constructive feedback
Coordinate assessments, assemblies, celebrations, PTMs, and school events
Ensure effective communication with parents regarding student progress and well-being
Maintain academic records, reports, and documentation
Ensure a safe, inclusive, and positive environment for students
Assist the Principal in smooth functioning of the Primary School section
Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree with B.Ed. mandatory
Minimum 8 years of teaching experience of Primary classes from a reputed CBSE School
Prior experience as Coordinator / Head Teacher is mandatory
Strong understanding of CBSE curriculum and primary teaching methodologies
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
