Key Responsibilities of Accountant Job in Calangute:
• Maintain the integrity of accounting records by recording, verifying, and consolidating transactions.
• Prepare and record entries related to assets, liabilities, revenues, and expenses.
• Conduct monthly GST compliance, including the preparation of GST reports.
• Perform monthly TDS compliance by calculating TDS payable.
• Assist with external audits by analyzing and scheduling general ledger accounts and providing necessary information to auditors.
• Safeguard financial information by performing regular database backups.
