Key Responsibilities:
• Support end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews
• Create and manage job postings on Naukri, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms
• Maintain candidate databases and ensure up-to-date tracking of hiring metrics
• Generate and analyze recruitment reports using Excel
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand hiring requirements
• Assist in organizing and executing hiring drives and onboarding processes
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data handling, reporting, and analysis)
✅ Familiarity with Naukri and LinkedIn recruitment tools
✅ Basic understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment operations
✅ Ability to manage data, generate reports, and maintain hiring dashboards
✅ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
✅ Sincere, mature, and a go-getter attitude
