Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential busine clients

Pitch company services including web design, website development, mobile apps, and digital marketing

Understand client requirements and generate qualified leads

Follow up with interested prospects and schedule meetings or demos

Maintain accurate records of calls and leads in CRM or Excel

Coordinate with the sales and technical teams

Achieve daily calling targets and monthly lead targets

Required Skills

Strong communication skills in English and Hindi

Good convincing and negotiation skills

Basic understanding of IT services / Digital Marketing (training will be provided)

Target-oriented and self-motivated attitude

Basic knowledge of MS Excel or CRM tools
