Roles & Responsibilities Account Executive jobs in Guwahati:
• Manage all accounting transactions using Tally Prime.
• Handle sales entries, purchase entries, E-Way bills, and purchase orders.
• Maintain and record daily expenses in Tally.
• Oversee courier management and maintain voucher books.
• Reconcile bills receivable & payable and manage payment follow-ups.
• Coordinate with Guwahati clients for TDS certificates, payment clarifications, and documentation.
• Assist the sales and purchase team when required.
• Generate monthly financial reports.
• Draft applications and letters for banks as per requirements.
• Maintain stock records accurately.
