The Human Resource Manager will lead and direct the routine functions of the Human Resources (HR) department including hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices.

Experience:
proven 5+ years of work experience as an hr head or similar role
SALARY:
10-18 LPA
oThe HR Head is responsible for overseeing the recruitment process, developing company policies, and implementing them.
oThe ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with coworkers
Experience educating and coaching employees
oExperience in following and maintaining workplace privacy
Knowledge of relevant health and safety laws
Experience using computers for a variety of tasks
as well as setting goals for the HR team
oYou will also contribute to the development of our employer brand strategy.
oYou should be familiar with HR technology, including payroll systems, to be successful in this role.
Finally, you will be responsible for ensuring that our company attracts hires, develops, and retains qualified employees.
oConsistently hiring top-notch personnel.
oPreserving a simple on boarding procedure.
oCoaching, guidance, and training our staff.
oSettling disputes through effective, qualified mediation.
oDoing the required administrative tasks.
oConducting evaluations of pay and performance.
oEstablishing clear policies and making sure people are aware of them.
oMaking reports that are simple and precise.
oGiving informative and interesting presentations.
oMonitoring and reporting on workplace health and safety compliance.
oHandling disciplinary, termination, and investigation processes at work.
oPreserving the privacy of workers and the workplace.
